The theater.tanz.PERFORMANCE> FIRST.) Or dimensions of the mixed situation <is the first staging of a multi-part episodic-researching performance series. The main focus is on the interaction of a climate change caused by climate change and the relationship of the Western people to nature. In order to do justice to the complexity of the topic, we design different performative formats. The performance acts in the field of tension of a meditative pause and performative acting. It explores the parameters that cause the individual or a society to translate knowledge into action. In the staging process, we will work with the principles of minimalism and engage with works by John Cage on the famous Zen garden Ryoanji. The dance and action work is located on the border of kinaesthetically perceptible, a minimalist "inner dance", energetic-expressive charged performative actions and their transition into a form of "social dance". In order to better integrate the scientific context in the performance and to explore new alliances, we have agreed a cooperation with the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment, Energy on the development of new formats of scientific-artistic visibility.
